Return & Refund Policy

At MySecretCY, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in its original, unopened and sealed packaging (where applicable).

  • Include all original accessories, instructions and packaging.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@mysecretcy.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

For health protection and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened, unsealed or used.

These include, but are not limited to:

  • Lubricants

  • Massage oils

  • Intimate cosmetics

  • Delay creams and gels

  • Intimate wellness products

  • Condoms

  • Feminine hygiene products

  • Personal care products

  • Any sealed product where the hygiene seal or original packaging has been opened, broken or removed

We also cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products (if applicable)

  • Clearance or sale items, unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws, this right does not apply to products that are exempt from the right of withdrawal, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.

Where the right of withdrawal applies, returned products must:

  • Be unused.

  • Be in their original condition.

  • Be returned with all original packaging.

  • Include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
